Battersea power station is one of London’s most exciting new destinations to eat, drink and shop, so we were thrilled to be able to treat a group of our VIP guests to an exclusive evening exploring some of its most sought after venues.
The experience started by boarding the Thames Clipper to Battersea, one of the fastest and easiest ways to arrive at the Power Station. The guided safari then kicked off at No. 29 Power Station West for cocktails and canapés, before moving on to the other 5 venues for plenty more nibbles and drinks. Tapas Brindisa was the next stop on the safari, where we enjoyed a true taste of Spain, with their 30 years of experience shining through in their deliciously authentic food. After exploring their various spaces including their private dining room, which seats up to 14 guests, we were then treated to Champagne and oysters at the stunning Wright Brothers restaurant just around the corner. This striking new venue features a private dining room for up to 22 guests and an outdoor terrace with stunning views across the river.
Following on, we headed over to Cinnamon Kitchen for more delicious canapés and drinks. The unique private dining space here, which sits on a mezzanine overlooking the main restaurant is already very popular for private functions and celebrations and we can see why.
Shaking up the evening with something a little bit different, we then visited Battersea’s brand new Boom Cycle, a venue quite unlike any of the others and ideal for those events with a twist!
Our final foodie destination of the evening was Fiume, a gorgeous new Italian restaurant headed up by Chef Francesco Mazzei. The venue can cater for groups of up to 150 people, and the alfresco piazza with its Thames views is ideal for unforgettable summer events.
